USE AND CHARACTERISTICS

1.This machine is applicable for the continuous die-cutting of various non-metallic coil and sheet materials using the cutting die in apparel, shoes and rap, case and bag, toy, medical instrument, cultural and sports articles, packaging industry etc.

2.The machine uses the upper computer for control purpose and supports copying cutting die, inputting electronic graphics, automatic typesetting, etc. It also supports on-screen display and may precisely control machine movement along the directions of X, Y, Z and β. The punch may automatically perform die cutting according to the position preset using the typesetting software.

3.With memory function, the machine may store various operating modes. Installing a suitable cutting die makes it possible for the machine to implement manufacturing process to the preset operating mode.

4.The servo motor driven conveyor heft is applied to ensure accurate feeding. The use of servo motor and ball screw as drive systems enables the punch to achieve precise positioning. The servo motor driven rotary punch ensures accurate die cutting position

5.The machine is provided with a cutting sheet micro-inching device to reduce the loss of die-cut sheets

6.The machine supports manual and automatic modes in which operator simply need to pick up the finished products. This may help greatly improve working efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

7.The machine is enclosed by protective mesh. The discharge port is provided with safety light curtain to enhance the safety of the machine
